Try responsive paced feeding and an upright cuddle while awake. Always use back sleeping on a flat surface; do not incline the cot.
2. What to check
Seek prompt assessment for green or bloody vomit, forceful vomiting, pain, poor feeding or poor weight gain. Do not thicken feeds or medicate without advice.
