💨 Burping baby after a bottle or nursing session
A gentle burp may help; not every baby needs one after every feed.
How to get that burp out
1. What to prepare
Pause if baby seems uncomfortable; hold upright with the head supported and gently rub the back without pressure on the throat.
2. What to check
Stop if baby is comfortable. For sleep, return baby to a flat cot on their back; persistent painful feeds or poor growth need assessment.
